Fine Arts

Belmont Middle School offers students exciting opportunities to explore the fine arts and showcase their talents. Our music and art programs help students grow their creativity and confidence while representing our school with pride.

During the 2024-2025 school year, six students were selected for the North Carolina Music Educators Association’s middle school chorus, and our seventh- and eighth-grade band earned a superior rating at the Music Performance Adjudication (MPA).

In addition, the eighth-grade band and chorus performed at the Disney Imagination Workshop, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Our art students also take part in community events like the Mount Holly Lantern Parade.

At Belmont Middle School, the fine arts play an important role in helping students discover their passions and share their talents with others.
